With nearly two decades of experience in his family’s home décor business, Jacques brought a deep knowledge of design and craftsmanship. Not long after, Linda joined Jacques, bringing with her a successful career in fashion and advertising. With her background in high-end styling and creative direction, she helped shape Statements by J into what it is today: a destination for furniture that feels bold, personal, and effortlessly chic. 

Created as an antidote to the overly fancy, overpriced furniture dominating the industry, Statements by J has always stood for design that feels both luxurious and attainable. “Luxurious, chic, and yet affordable” is more than our motto—it’s our promise.
