- How are the shipping costs calculated?
The shipping and handling cost for orders below $200 is $49, the shipping and handling cost for orders above $200 is $75 flat rate.
- What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all kind of credit cards and paypal, just follow the instruction at the check out.
- What is your refund and exchange policy ?
We accept returns within 3 days of your receipt. If you like to return your item, please contact email@example.com for return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item get damaged during the shipment, we gladly exchange it with a new one. You need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of your receipt and send us pictures showing the damage, we'll take care of the rest.

We're located in Los Angeles, CA and ship from our warehouse in Commerce.
- Do you ship internationally? What about Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska ?
We ship continental US only. If you are out of US we recommend you to use a freight forwarder. If you don't have one, we will gladly recommend you one, just contact firstname.lastname@example.org for their contact info.
