I purchased the Rose Gold Pia coffee table, which looked more coppery in color. I requested an exchange for the gold. No “exchanges.” I was told that return shipping was my responsibility (for 3 heavy boxes), and had to be returned to them within 7 days. Ended up paying $400 for Fed Ex return, plus a $50 restocking fee. Check the return policy, folks…Worst company I ever dealt with.

For context, we paid approximately $180 to ship the table to you via Fedex, and standard return shipping for this item is typically around $180-$200 depending on the carrier and $400 return cost seems extreme.
The Pia Coffee Table is accurately described and marketed as a rose gold finish. As with any online purchase, we encourage customers to review all product details and images carefully, as screen settings and lighting can evaluate how tones appear in person.
We also extended your return window beyond our standard timeframe as a courtesy due to your situation.

Excellent quality and easy to assemble. Looks great in my high rise living room. The chrome is discolored in a few areas not consistent color.
The table is beautiful, but it came discolored and I have attached pictures. Can you send me another table and I'll send this one back?
Looks great, hard to keep clean, every touch is visible. Lots of maintenance!
